Dr. Leticia Hernández de Hahn is a passionate educational consultant and internationally respected voice in gifted and talented education, sustainability education, and systems thinking. Her work embodies a global, interdisciplinary approach—developed through years of academic leadership, curriculum design, and policy-oriented research.
After earning her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Connecticut, Dr. Hahn taught Educational Psychology, Educational Research, and Bilingual/Bicultural Education in the U.S. and Mexico. She later became a core faculty member at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU Munich) in Germany, where she advised students in the Psychology of Excellence program and focused on differential psychology and gifted education.
Dr. Hahn’s global footprint includes key collaborations in Austria and Switzerland, where she co-designed an international Master’s program in Gifted/Talented Education—laying the groundwork for advanced talent development in new regional contexts. In North America, she served as an Associate Professor of Leadership at Niagara University and worked closely with the National Center for Research on Gifted Education, helping shape the future of enrichment and excellence for diverse learners.
She holds advanced certificates in Corporate Sustainability and Innovation and Environmental Policy and International Development from Harvard University Extension School, uniting her passion for education with her commitment to global well-being and sustainable systems.
